How It All Started:
Beginning my career as a firefighter in 2016, I quickly learned that the job was about far more than fighting fires. It introduced me to the importance of brotherhood, life-saving skills, and serving others during their most difficult moments. Witnessing people at the worst times of their lives—and having the opportunity to offer help and reassurance—has been the most meaningful and fulfilling aspect of my career.
Later, I chose to pursue residential heating and air conditioning with that same service-first mindset. After seeing homeowners taken advantage of through excessive pricing and poor service, I knew something needed to change. I was determined to bring honesty, integrity, and accountability back into the HVAC industry. Once again, I found myself helping people when they were uncomfortable in their own homes—restoring comfort, peace of mind, and smiles when their systems were working properly.
That sense of purpose fueled my commitment to learning the trade the right way. I began with an apprenticeship, earned my EPA certification, and ultimately became fully licensed and insured as a Tennessee Mechanical HVAC Contractor. Today, that dedication continues to drive Beers HVAC forward, and I look forward to building a future centered on service, trust, and doing the job right.
